Service Description
A dedicated on-site content session designed to give your brand a fresh bank of social-ready content. We’ll come to your location and capture original photo and video content built around your brand, products, services, or team. Starting at $600 Your session includes: • Up to 2 hours of on-site content creation • Up to 6 products/SKUs • Pre-shoot creative direction + shot list • Original photo + video capture • 4 edited short-form videos • 15 professionally edited photos • All usable raw photos • Platform-ready formatting • 1 revision per edited video Additional products: +$50 per product/SKU. Additional edited video: +$80 each Raw video footage: available as an add-on Additional products do not include additional shoot time or deliverables. Travel, studio/location rental, models/talent, hair and makeup, specialty props, raw video footage, and advanced production requirements are not included and may be quoted separately.
Cancellation Policy
Content creation services require full payment at booking. Kickoff calls may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Production begins once all required products, assets, and creative information have been received. Once production has begun, payments are non-refundable. Products sent to VCMA for content creation become part of the production process once received. Products that have been opened, handled, used, tested, styled, or otherwise used during the shoot will not be returned. By purchasing this service and sending products to VCMA, the client acknowledges and agrees that products used for content creation are non-returnable. Clients are responsible for all costs associated with shipping products to VCMA.
