Whats included in the onboarding fee? Onboarding covers your inital brand annd account review, access setup, workflow preparation , content planing annd creation of your motion approval portal.
Can I add services to my package? Yes. You can add services such as extra platofrm, community management, email marketing or on-site content creation based on your needs and availability.
How does monthly payment work? Your first payment includes Moth 1 + the one-time onboarding fee. Monthly invoices are sent via PayPal or Email.
What happens after I purchase? You will complete the service questionnaire and agreement. After VCMA reviews + accepts your project/package request, you will receive your Notion portal and select a day for our kickoff call.
Can I pause or cancel my package? One pause may be allowed according to your service agreement. Cancellation terms and any minimum commitment are cofirmed before checkout.
